The Conspiracy Theorist Henry Ford

Know Your Employees

Ensure that you personally know each and every one of your employees, this is the best advice I can give to Americans, or to any man from any land in fact—in the interests of ensuring the creation of a perfect capitalistic harmonious nation devoid of debt or crime or unemployment or immigration, if that is what is desired. However, if none of these things are desired, big business is the way forward as big business guarantees the creation of all these things eternally.

If you do not know the names of all of your employees, you have ‘gone too far’.

If you do not know the names of all of your employees, it will cause you to become detached, like a general or marshal or führer; humanity will have left your business and your world outlook, replaced by but thoughts of profit, profit, profit.

When you know all of your employees personally, the toxic and pathetic ‘suing culture’ is killed overnight as employees who personally know their boss are far less likely to desire compensation, for instance, for oftentimes spurious reasons.

When you know all of your employees personally, they will almost certainly avoid joining unions, which will ensure they have more money in their pocket (no more union membership fees) whilst productivity remains unchanged, without the threat of strike action looming over your head and your business.

The end result of this for you will be you may have to holiday in Florida or Ohio rather than the Bahamas or Paris, you may have to settle for owning one home rather than fifteen homes, you may have to settle for being the richest man in town rather than the richest man in the world. Yet, by your actions you will be ensuring against inflation, mass unemployment, union subscription, mass immigration, detachment, suing and litigation, and ‘sameness’, i.e. everyone driving the same car and eating in the same restaurant—what kind of life is this? Impersonal, bad for your physical health, bad for your psychological health and bad for the future of your economy and nation as this leads to boom and then bust, to crashes, whereas small business and a humble and honest economy and way of life guarantees eternal stability, eternal.

If creating your business or product requires immense financing, loans and interest payments, you have gone too far and the end result of your actions, even if they bear financial fruit for you in the short term, will doom the rest of your tribe in the long term as you have just raised the bar. You are compelling all others to follow suit and replicate your actions, which takes away any perceived benefit you thought you had when foolishly borrowing money to establish a business and pay your employees salaries, a dangerous gamble, which often leads to mass unemployment and crime waves and depression and then mass incarceration.

Look at the examples of the decline of ‘Motor City’ Detroit, and Chicago’s meatpacking plants and the steel mills of Cleveland and Pittsburgh for just a few examples of this business boom and bust; in every instance the CEOs didn’t know their employees, they were detached from them, which enabled profits to only rise up to the corporate end, rather than trickling down to the average Joe whose strong back built the business.

When you know all of your employees, you will treat them better because if you don’t, they will abandon you, which will cause your business to fail—until you import foreigners who are so desperate for money and food that they don’t care if you’re a psychopath, narcissist or singularly obsessed with power and winning and not all that interested in human beings on a personal level. Desperate migrants would work for the devil if he paid well because they love their children and desire for them to have better, more fulfilled lives.

Big business in the USA in its current form can be traced back to the likes of the conspiracy theorist Henry Ford, who saw fit to hand out copies of an anti-Semitic forgery (whole tracts of that work have been proven to be carbon copies of previous works) with every Model T (the Protocols of Zion) as his detachment from his workers and from people extended to wrongly believing Jews were ‘trying to conquer the world’, which he was trying to prevent, in part by building big businesses and creating heavy industry and automation—I debunk this laughable conspiracy theory in my book The Truth at Last: 33 Essential Questions for Conspiracy Theorists.

It may shock many that the king of modern capitalism in the USA and the king of modern industrialisation and mass production was the foremost anti-Semite of his era—and this was during a time when the Ku Klux Klan had a membership exceeding four million.…

Yet, when one understands that which causes some men to desire more, when one understands the detachment within he who desires not to know a single employee’s name or troubles or past, this becomes less shocking as the same (internal) things that drove Ford to break the American system of small businesses were the same things that drove him to acquire the Dearborn Independent for the exclusive purpose of using it to spread anti-Semitism, which he did in the following ninety-one issues as he ever spoke about the ‘Jewish conspiracy’.

Henry Ford was afflicted by:

Paranoia—he believed in so many paranoia-induced conspiracy theories that drove him to desire more wealth and power as a means to ‘protect himself’: The modern capitalistic big-business system and mass production in the USA began with irrational fear and paranoia … and everyone thereafter merely copied suit, replicating the actions of what most would describe today as a ‘mad man’ or, at least, a ‘paranoid anti-Semite with delusions of persecution’. This is the origin of modern America.

Monotropism—evidenced by every one of this man’s actions from cradle to grave. This is inborn and co-existing with Ford’s atypicality; it is not normal or typical to desire 50,000 employees. Neurotypicals have no desire for this; this is desired only by the minority who can employ selective empathy (or no empathy) as in the case of Henry Ford.

Cognitive dissonance—Ford was terribly afflicted by this malady; here is but one example, which adds further evidence to the fact that his ‘revolutionising’ of industry and employment and lifestyle in the USA (and thus the world) was an incorrect move, motivated by an unwell mind, which engaged in unnatural, illogical and harmful actions: The Holocaust occurred only two decades after Ford’s foray into anti-Semitism. Hitler admired him greatly and agreed with mass industrialisation and automation and ‘sameism’ and ‘oneism’ and ‘simplicity’ being the way forward—both men were creating sheer mediocrity, devoid of soul or humanity.

‘Mr. Ford attributes all evil to the Jews or Jewish Capitalists—the Jews caused the war [WWI]; the Jews caused the outbreak of thieving and robbing all over the country, the Jews caused the inefficiency of the Navy which Edison talked about last night.’

—John Burroughs, 1919, (personal diary entry) after he had enjoyed a camping trip with friends Henry Ford and Thomas Edison.

Further to these multiple unproven claims, Ford blamed Jews for the Russian Revolution, for killing Jesus, and conspiring to enslave Christianity and destroy the ‘Anglo Saxon’ way of life. This last falsehood I find most interesting as it was Ford’s own actions (mass production of the same product for mass use) that ultimately enslaved all Americans, be it behind the wheel of cars on long commutes to work (because the city is too expensive or too dangerous to live in) or be it being enslaved by mass produced killer junk food.

If anything, Ford was projecting; yet I do not believe he was smart enough to see the (to me) obvious future dangers and negative effects to America and the world of the advent of big business, automation, robots, AI and forever relying on tools whilst creating the same experience (by mass production and chain stores and monopolies) for every living human, which makes life and living ABSOLUTELY POINTLESS, which causes Americans to reject life by desiring fentanyl, junk food, gambling, idleness and self-destruction in general.

Ford’s cognitive dissonance is apparent due to the multiple reasons, the multiple claims against his chosen ‘enemy’ as any single one of these claims, if proven, would have warranted his staunch anti-Jewish stance; yet none could be proven because all were clearly false—which necessitated him adding more and more cognitions, adding more and more ‘reasons to hate’ or more and more reasons to believe the Jews were the ‘bad guys’.

ConjectureMania—he was a conspiracy theist; he believed that which he was told without requiring evidence, see my upcoming work ConjectureMania if you are interested in this subject.

Ford made many mistakes, the Model T and industrialisation and production lines and automation and interchangeable parts and the mass production and fabrication of parts by ‘drone workers’ are certainly among them, which added nothing of worth to the American people yet took everything of worth away from them, whilst creating a dependency on toxic and poisonous oil.

Don’t keep making Ford’s mistakes; know all your employees. This must be the future in order to guard against the mistakes of the past, the terrible mistakes.

The future is small government and small business—and big courage!
